We've been in our home almost 2 years and we continue to enjoy every large and small detail put into it! The design is perfect for a family with kids--the kids' rooms on one side of the home and our master on the other. The lower level is great for the kids who use it as their everyday recreational room while we can spend quiet time on the main level. The layout is smooth and free-flowing and the view from the breakfast area and deck is breathtaking! Shonave Homes have very unique designs unlike other builders in the area. Houses are very contemporary, open and airy with beautiful clean finishes. Builders are cooperative to work with.
